Scott’s journey was one of dedication and passion, both in his personal life and within the wrestling community, which he cherished. He was a devoted husband to his loving wife of 31 years, Stephany, and a loving father to his children, Skylar, Parker, Max, Cooper, Chloe, Zane, and Logan. Scott’s family was his pride and joy.

April 4, 2025 at 3:16 amMy daughter played soccer with Scott’s youngest daughter, Logan, for what turned out to be Lily’s favorite year in her youthful soccer career journey. We have since looked back on the weight of what Logan must have been enduring in that brief time frame shortly before Scott’s passing. Scott, Stefany, and sometimes her older siblings would always attend Logan’s games, which was not overlooked, and we noted by the closeness and caring that they all shared as simply being together as a family. A great defining moment of what I now see as spontaneous power, was when Logan was told during a practice that no jewelry would be allowed during a game to which she stopped and clutched the cross that she always wore to practice. As one of her coaches I was touched but more importantly my daughter Lily took note. The magnitude of that simple moment witnessed was followed by my daughter Lily, to this day, wears her own cross openly and has chosen to pursue her faith which is something I can’t fully explain…. make of that what you will but I give Thanks daily to the Grace of my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ for that blessing. Just wanted to say that we’re thankful for having had the opportunity to meet Scott and the legacy he and Stefany have created in their wonderful family…. We were deeply saddened to learn of your loss.
Love, Lily, Coach Victoria and Coach Denis
