Obituary of Mary Lindsey June 6, 2026

September 8, 1951 – July 16, 2025

Mary lived a life that was dedicated in full to her family. She was endlessly proud of the accomplishments of her children and believed they were the shining example of her accomplishments as a Mother. Mary took her role as Grammie seriously, with an unparalleled love for her grandchildren. She brought her own flair of sarcasm and wit to everything she did, with a quick comeback and a tough Long Island attitude that kept us all on our toes. She was fierce in so many ways – from her love of her family to her brave fight with cancer, and everything in between.   The impact she left on those who knew and loved her was monumental, and she will be eternally and tremendously missed.

Mary is survived by her children Elizabeth, Jacqueline, Brian, and Samantha and her beloved grandchildren Phoenix, Ella, Juliet, Kaia, Cora and Roman. She was preceded in death by her loving Mother Georgette, cherished sister Suzanne, sister Beverly, and brother Anthony.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, October 11th at 4:00 PM at Henrietta United Church of Christ, 1400 Lehigh Station Rd Henrietta, NY 14467. A private inurnment will take place at White Haven Memorial Park.
