Diana Marie McConnell, 60, of Macedon, NY, passed away peacefully on May 15, 2025, surrounded by her loving family.
Born to Klein and Donna Wilcox, Diana was a devoted daughter, wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She brought warmth, strength, and grace to everyone she encountered. Her compassionate spirit and unwavering support for her loved ones defined her life and left a lasting impact on those fortunate enough to know her.
Diana is survived by her beloved husband, Lowell McConnell; her cherished children, Matt Green (Dawn Green) and Charles Green (Melanie Green); and her adored grandchildren: Matthew, Daniel, Alexa, Kristen, and Cara. She also leaves behind her dear sisters, Cindy, Laurie, and Betsy, her brother Timothy, her loving father, Klein Wilcox; the Graham family; Ruth, Darrell, Paul and Katie.
She is predeceased by her mother, Donna Wilcox; her brothers, Micheal and Pat; her nephew, Jacob; and her grandparents, who all welcomed her into eternal rest.
Diana will be remembered for her kind heart, her sense of humor, and her deep love for her family and her beloved fur baby kittens. She lived a life of quiet strength and deep compassion, and her memory will be a blessing to all who knew her.
A private memorial service will be held with close family and friends to honor Diana’s life. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made in her memory to either the Society for Vascular Surgery (SVS) or Lollypop Farm.
