John A. Hill July 5, 2021

Born in West Carthage, NY in 1953. John was a resident of Rochester, NY and Portland, OR. A graduate of Alfred University, his full life was enjoyed with music, great books, love of movies, good times, and good friends. John enjoyed telling stories of his past adventures; attending Woodstock and other life events. He was predeceased by parents Betty and Andy Hill; brother James; and brother-in-law Pete O’Donnell. He is survived by his sister Joanne O’Donnell and her children Richard, Timothy, Michael, and Meghan O’Donnell, as well as sixteen great-nieces and great-nephews, and special good friends. We give thank yous to his entire hospice team from RGH and Lifetime Care for their outstanding care an kindness. It was a wish that you raise a glass with an Irish toast to Johnniecat. A celebration of John’s life will be held privately by his family.
