Carolyn Baart Berner passed away December 27, 2023, at St. Ann’s Care Center.
Survived by her husband Kenneth Berner at Baywinde Assisted Living; her caregiver and niece, Karon Hess; and other family members Rob Hess, Forrest Hess, Rachel Scudera, Chris Baart, Debbie Baart, Heidi Mittiga, and Dave Berner. Although she never had children of her own, she was a grandmother to many. She will be missed by all who knew her.
In lieu of flowers please send donations to Cystic Fibrosis Foundation – where she volunteered many years at their events, and one of the many causes she donated to monthly.
